Aimed at meeting the varied requirements of customers at their levels, the sales department a year ago assumed the new identity of Sa'ed, which in Arabic means 'to help' or 'your arm'.

Abdullah Tamman Al Mashani, AGM - direct and institutional sales, said: "The new strategy adopted by Sa'ed in step with evolving customer requirements has evoked good response. Sa'ed is focused on identifying customer requirements and reaching out to them wherever they may be - individuals, institutional or government customers. The direct and institutional Sales department promotes all bank muscat products and services outside the branch network. Sa'ed team comprises welltrained and qualified staff committed to providing doorstep service to customers.

In line with the bank's 'We Can Do More' vision, Sa'ed team members proactively reach customers to help them with their banking requirements. Building strong relations with corporates and government entities, Sa'ed offers special banking service benefiting their employees.
