Riyadh – Mubasher: The shareholders of Banan Real Estate Company have approved the board’s recommendation of distributing a cash dividend of SAR 0.25 per share for the first half (H1) of 2021.

The total dividend payout amount stands at SAR 5 million, according to a bourse disclosure on Thursday.

Banan Real Estate will later announce the distribution date.

Last September, the board members proposed a cash dividend representing 2.5% of the share’s par value for H1-21. The company had achieved net profits worth SAR 12.91 million in the first six months of 2021.
