MUSCAT -- Universal Engineering Services LLC (Bahwan Engineering Group Co) a major supplier of diesel power generators in the Sultanate of Oman organised a training on the various aspects of "Generators and their accessories" on 19 and 20, May, at Hotel Intercontinental Muscat which was mainly aimed at imparting this training to Omanis working with Ministries, government institutions and consultants.
This was an Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET) certified training course and the participants of this course will be awarded IET approved certificates. This initiative was one more in a series of initiatives taken by Bahwan Engineering Group to train and technically equip a wide range of Omani professionals.
Universal Engineering Services LLC has been associated with Cummins since 1980 and caters to the various power generation needs of the clients in Oman through Cummins Power Generation products which include diesel electrical generator sets from 2.5 to 2,700 kw, transfer switches from 40 amps to 3,000 amps, paralleling switchgear and generator set controls.
They have a strong experienced team of marketing and sales, project management, application engineering, after market, parts and filtration (Fleetguard) personnel.
