The state-of-the-art twin towers of the Bahrain World Trade Centre (BWTC) were one of major attractions at the Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix.

Thousands of tourists from around the world visited the BWTC exhibition area, where they learned about the landmark buildings, which have set a new precedent in terms of design and technological advancement.

The BWTC stand was located in the Invest in Bahrain pavilion, which was organised by Bahrain's Economic Development Board (EDB).

In addition to tourists, the BWTC attracted a number of Bahrain residents and VIP visitors, including Dr Mohammed Abdul Ghaffar, Minister of Information and Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, and Shaikh Fawaz bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, President of the General Organisation for Youth and Sports (GOYS).

The BWTC, which offers a world class business address in Bahrain, is situated on Manama seafront and is part of the Bahrain Commercial Complex, which also includes a shopping mall and the five-star Sheraton Hotel.

Claire Hughes, Associate Director of DTZ Bahrain, who are the managing and leasing agents of BWTC, said: "The Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix was an excellent opportunity to showcase the Bahrain WTC development, which is strengthening the Kingdom's continued economic advancement and growth."
