The Kingdom-based real estate firm, RealCAPITA has awarded a BD4 million construction contract to Mohammed Jalal & Sons for the RealVIEWS project, located at Al Fateh Corniche in the heart of Manama.
"We are delighted to have Mohammed Jalal & Sons on board with the RealCAPITA group. The company has been selected based on its extensive experience in completing various milestone projects in the Kingdom. Through RealVIEWS we are looking to create a new lifestyle environment for residential life in the Al Fateh Corniche which is considered a vital commercial area in the capital city," said Mohammed Al Tawash, Chief Executive of RealCAPITA.
"We aspire to provide a high-class residential tower offering multiple services and facilities in an ultra-modern setting, RealVIEWS boasts an attractive cutting-edge modern design; directly overlooking the sea in a vibrant area that is one of the most highly-sought residential areas in the Kingdom.

RealVIEWS is a 25 story residential tower; consisting of 58 residential units, containing 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments. Furthermore, deluxe apartments fitted with ultra-modern decor are also offered.
