In the backdrop of the booming real estate sector in the Kingdom, Al Salam Bank, Bahrain, in association with a consortium of local and regional banks, announced the establishment of a real estate investment company. The new entity will work under the name NS Holding (NSH), working aggressively to tap existing opportunities in the real estates sector.
The new firm has been set up in association with a consortium of local and regional banks and other strategic investors. NSH's business will focus on the management and development of a major real estate project in the Kingdom which currently witnesses significant progress and growth.
Yousif Taqi, NSH chairman, said: "The establishment of the company comes at a time when the Kingdom is witnessing a major construction boom with promising real estate investment opportunities. Such investment, not only provides higher returns, but also contributes to the development of housing and commercial space, both of which are vital for social and urban development."
The chairman said NSH would embark upon the development of a major real estate project at the north area of Seef district. He said the property development involved specialists, engineers and technicians currently engaged in finalising details and components of the project which will be announced at a later date.
