Consumers in Bahrain can easily avail of the innovative products of Ahli United Bank (Bahrain) without having to visit any branches of the bank.
In addition to a full-fledged direct sales and tele-banking service, the AUB has set up service counters at Bahrain Mall and plans another at Seef Mall next month.
AUB’s Deputy Chief Executive, Abdullah Al Raeesi, said: “Following the launch of value-added benefits to many of our products, we are keen to ensure that consumers have easy access to product information and service support. Customers can visit the mall counters which are open from 10am to 11pm throughout the week and benefit from various facilities.”
Visitors need to leave their name and contact details and the direct sales team will call on them to discuss their needs and offer products to meet their requirements.
About the successful launch of the special cards promotion, Al Raeesi added: “For the first time in Bahrain, credit card holders have from triple benefits. By transferring their credit card balances to AUB cards, they reduce interest costs (interest rate on AUB cards is one per cent a month), get a free BD50 Al Hassad Al Rabeh savings certificate and can win prizes worth $1.260 million. The financial benefit to customers transferring card balances to AUB credit cards (cash rewards and interest savings) is very significant.”
In order to benefit from the above, customers may call the bank on 17210331, from 7am to 7pm throughout the week or contact any of the branches or visit the mall counters.
