Arab Shipbuilding and Repair Yard Company (ASRY) has embarked on major expansion plans as part of future strategy, the CEO of the company said in a statement.
The CEO also honoured 44 employees for rendering service to the company for 10 to 30 years.
The Chief Executive, Moahmmed Al Khateeb, after the honouring ceremony, said: "ASRY has embarked on an expansion plan by adding two large spillways to be ready by the beginning of next year. These expansion projects will help ASRY to assert as one of the most competitive and efficient ship repair companies in the region."
