Amman - The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) decided on Wednesday to refer the casino case to the Lower House of Parliament after examining the case.

Preliminary investigations by the commission revealed there had been legal breaches by concerned ministers when the agreement was signed in 2007.

The file will be passed by the ACC to the House as the party with the mandate to indict ministers for such abuses according to articles 55 and 56 of the Jordanian constitution.

The casino agreement was signed between the government and the British company Oasis Holding Investment Ltd. in 2007.

The ACC had completed its probe after gathering all data and the testimony of persons involved in the casino case that was brought up to the commission in February.
