Dubai: Jumeirah Golf Estates, a residential golf community, has launched the second phase of its Redwood Park development on Monday, according to a company statement.
Construction of the first phase has reached over 80 per cent completion, with total completion scheduled for the fourth quarter of this year. Sales agents have also formalised purchases with overseas buyers.
The company said that Redwood Park targets a growing number of families and young professionals, with prices starting from Dh2.89 million.
