BAGHDAD: The Minister of Immigrants and Displaced Dindar Najman Douski discussed the situation of Iraqi immigrants in Norway with the Norwegian ambassador to Baghdad Peter Olberg.

Discussions tackled necessity of their psychological rehabilitation till their return to Iraq, according to a statement issued by the ministry.

Douski discussed with the Norwegian ambassador the forced departure of Iraqi immigrants.

Both sides tackled the MoU which was signed in 2006 which stipulated the return of the Iraqi forcefully.

The statement added that the ministry hopes that the Norwegian government will increase the privileges to be extended to the immigrants and their vocational rehabilitation to work with the Norwegian companies due to work in Iraq in order to encourage them to return.
