Damascus - The General Institute of the Arab Arbitration Chamber reelected Head of the Syrian Bar Association Mohammad Walid al-Tesh as Chairman of the Chamber for the next three years.
Damascus - The General Institute of the Arab Arbitration Chamber reelected Head of the Syrian Bar Association Mohammad Walid al-Tesh as Chairman of the Chamber for the next three years.
Walid al-Sakka of Jordan was also elected as Deputy Chairman, in addition to 9 members of the Executive Bureau representing Libya, Palestine, Egypt, Sudan, Lebanon and Iraq.
The Amman-based Arab Arbitration Chamber was established in 1996 to resolve disputes in the field of architectural and construction contracts.
