Mouchel Consulting, the international infrastructure company, hasappointed Philip Bourne as Director for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). Philip joins from Louis Berger where he held the position of managing director, Saudi Arabia and brings with him over 20 years of international experience.
A Charted Engineer and a Fellow of both the Institution of Civil Engineers (UK) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (UK); Philip's experience has been gained in Latin America, the Middle East, Europe and the UK across a variety of sectors including water, wastewater and infrastructure.He has worked with ARCADIS, AMEC and Halcrow as well as holding a place on the Industry Advisory Council for the New York University, Abu Dhabi.
Speaking about his appointment, Philip said "It's an exciting time to be joining Mouchel Consulting in KSA. My main objective is to continue supporting the ambitious plans for growth, as set out in Vision2020,driving and further developing the Mouchel Consulting business in KSA at this key time for the company. We will continue to deliver our core services, providing quality solutions and creating excellent relationships with our clients and will also be looking to develop other areas of our business in the Kingdom."
