MUSCAT -- The Wave, Muscat, has signed a tenancy agreement with Asha Enterprises LLC, a renowned subdivision of the Ajit Khimji Group.
Abdulla al Shidi, Deputy CEO at The Wave Muscat, said, "Asha Enterprises will manage a number of retail outlets in The Wave's Muscat's first retail precinct located in the Marina front Al Marsa Village, which is due to open in January 2011."
Al Shidi added, "We are also finalising negotiations with a number of other significant tenants who will provide convenience shopping and services to existing residents before the opening of a larger shopping precinct in the next 2 years."
Al Shidi went on to say that the retail opening would coincide with the handover of the second phase of apartments in Al Marsa Village and was part of a phased delivery of community assets including the Greg Norman golf course and phase one of the Marina in 2011.
The announcement comes in light of The Wave, Muscat's unwavering commitment to providing a wide array of services and lifestyle offerings to home owners and visitors, as it builds a truly vibrant, harmonious and integrated community. It is expected that a large number of additional retail agreements will be signed in the coming months.
