Humanising the customer experience is the key element of the new design, technology, sales and service culture

Abu Dhabi, 20 October 2015: Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) has launched a new style of customer experience sales and service centre in Dubai BurJuman Metro Station. ADCB's 'Simplylife' sales and service centre is a ground-breaking new concept in consumer banking in the UAE that was inspired by the bank's commitment to helping people achieve their ambitions.

"Simplylife was inspired by our recent years of experience, research and customer feedback in helping our customers get what they want out of life," said Sundar Parthasarathy, Head of New Business. "When considering some of the most important ambitions and challenges in life, our clients depend on ADCB to help them plan and make their choices achievable."

A concept that has become integral to ADCB's DNA, Simplylife was inspired by a commitment to help the bank's customers achieve their ambitions. Simplylife sales and service centre provides customers with accessible personal finance products with simple application processes and reduced paperwork; providing greater access and easier eligibility for financial products.

The first Simplylife sales and service centre inside the BurJuman Metro station was designed to provide a seamless customer journey. Its open layout offers multiple interactive self-service zones equipped with state-of-the-art multimedia touch screens that enable customers to browse through product information and demonstration videos, as well as multiple meeting lounges where people can consult with simplylife's relationship officers in an open and welcoming setting.

"A focus on clients need is at the core of the development of ADCB's Simplylife commitment to a simple, fast and friendly experience," added Parthasarathy. "We believe that personal finance should be available to everyone and that it should be a genuine social interaction with a concerned and empathetic person on the other end who first understands the issue on a human level before offering an appropriate solution."

Simplylife offers personal loans of up to AED 200,000  up to 48 months for customers without salary transfer; AED 750,000 for customers with salary transfer; and up to AED 1.5 million for entrepreneurs with small businesses. Simplylife also offers 60 month car loans worth up to 80% of the value of the car, to a maximum of AED 1 million.
