Upon the request of Gulf International Bank BSC (GIB or the Bank), RAM Ratings has withdrawn the Bank's financial institution ratings as well as the rating of the proposed up to RM3.5 billion Sukuk Wakalah MTN Programme of Gulf Sukuk I Company BSC (C) (Gulf Sukuk) - the funding conduit for GIB. As such, the Bank's financial institution ratings of AA1/Stable/P1 and Gulf Sukuk's AA1(s)/Stable issue rating are no longer applicable.
