Upon the request of Abu Dhabi National Energy Company PJSC (TAQA or the Group), RAM Ratings has withdrawn the AA1/Stable rating of the Group's Sukuk Murabahah Programme of up to RM3.5 billion in nominal value (2012/2032) (Sukuk). As such, we no longer have any rating obligation in respect of the Sukuk. As at 20 March 2015, the amount of Sukuk outstanding stood at RM650 million.
