Beirut: Product of the Year (PoY) Lebanon, a leading innovation incubator in the FMCG sector, will host forefront speakers and experts in the global and regional new media field to provide representatives of major consumer brands in the country and media interested in this sector, with cutting edge perspectives on how to utilize social media to engage their audiences efficiently.

The activity, titled "PoY Talks," will be conducted in the form of an interactive two-way workshop, especially tailored to brands aspiring to ride on the powerful wave of social platforms.

In line with the award organizers' objectives to support innovation through unconventional activities, the workshop will feature renowned speakers from popular channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Diwanee, Shahiya.com and U Turn, amongst others, and will analyze the penetration and use of online tools in the Lebanese market.

The workshop also aims to provide a better understanding of the social media landscape for brand owners and managers, and yield better results in online campaigns they might conduct on digital platforms.

Dory Kfoury, CEO of Product of the Year in the Middle East and North Africa, expressed optimism about the workshop's outcomes for PoY participants, stating, "As an award that supports innovation, we at Product of the Year continuously aim to bring support to brands that aspire to stand out and bring new concepts to consumers.
