Ranked first in consumers' assessments totaling 81 points

Panda International Retail through its Hyper Panda Hypermarket in Dubai achieved the first rank among retailers in consumer's assessments withing the context of Consumer Friendliness Index 2014. The awards ceremony for CFI in its third edition was organized by the Department of Economic Development in Dubai under patronage and in the presence of HH Sheikh Mansour bin Mohammad bin Rashid Al Maktoum, to honor winning facilities in the seven categories monitored by the index.

Hyper Panda received 81 points in the consumer satisfaction index, which monitors 52 retailers participating in the program. Evaluation is based on six major criteria, namely: Product quality, product price, money value, after sales service quality, clarity of service and warranty policies, and overall customer satisfaction.

Mr. Muwaffaq Mansour Jamal, CEO of Panda International, expressed his gratitude and thanks to the DED, especially DED's Director General His Excellency Sami Al Qamzi. Jamal stressed that the award is a strong incentive for all Panda team to enhance and develop Panda's services and offerings to clients.

Mr. Jamal praised DED's efforts to elevate service standards in Dubai, and enhance its position as one of the most important commercial hubs in the world. He also stressed Panda's commitment to maintain highest international quality standards in products and services.
