PMDC named project managers of Wahat Hili

Al Ain Wahat Hili Mall has appointed PMDC to provide project management services, while Colliers International will assist in leasing the outlets.

Construction of the mall is in progress for an opening scheduled for the first quarter of 2013. The three-storey complex will feature a mix of international and regional brands.

“This is in line with our promise to transform Wahat Hili Mall into the destination for world-class shoppers in Al Ain,” said Saeed Al Daheri, CEO of Wahat Hili Mall.

PMDC will oversee the remainder of construction work by Khalaf Sultan General Contracting Establishment.

Wahat Hili Mall is the closest shopping destination to the Hili tourist district, which includes Hili Fun City and Hili Archaeological Park. It will also be the first major shopping complex on entering Al Ain from Dubai as well as from Buraimi in Oman. Hili Rayhaan, a five-star hotel by Rotana, is coming up next to the mall.
