LONDON (Dow Jones)--Seaborne shipments from the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries will be higher by 50,000 barrels a day in the four weeks ending Sept. 17, tanker tracker Oil Movements said Thursday.

The rise comes as analysts estimate that OPEC crude oil production in August rose close to its highest level since the end of 2008, when countries cut back output sharply as demand fell in the global recession.
