A civil engineer, Fred Durie has worked in the region since 1986. He has been closely involved in the design and construction of Burj Khalifa, The Dubai Mall, The Address Hotels + Resorts, and other established residential and lifestyle developments in Downtown Dubai. He also played a key role in the delivery of major developments including Dubai Marina.

A qualified architect with over 30 years of experience, Abubakr Sidahmed is in charge of the company's day-to-day operations. He has been closely associated with the development of several established lifestyle developments in Dubai, including Arabian Ranches.

With a wealth of experience in financial positions in the property, textiles, telecommunications and IT industries in the UAE and India, Raghuraj Balakrishna, a chartered accountant, is the Chief Financial Officer, and in charge of financial planning of the projects. Abdulrahman Juma Alfalasi, Director of Projects, has over 13 years of experience in the construction industry and was earlier Project Manager and Africa Operations Director of Tradewinds, a private development company involved in international projects.
