ABU DHABI, 9th February, 2014 (WAM) -- Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum today patronised the inauguration ceremony of the Shooting Support Units Festival held in Al Haffar Area at the Abu Dhabi-Al Ain Road.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid inspected the guard of honour along with H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, whilst the Armed Forces? musical band played the national anthem. Among those who attended the opening ceremony were Lt. General Dahi Khalfan Tamim, Deputy Chairman of Police and General Security in Dubai, Lt. General Misbah bin Rashid AI Fattan, Director of the Office of the Vice-President, Staff Major General Abdullah Muhair Al Ketbi, Commander of the Shooting Support Units, Major-General Khamis Mattar Al Mazeina, Commander-in-Chief of the Dubai Police, Khalifa Saeed Sulaiman, Director-General of the Department of Protocol and Hospitality in Dubai and a number of leaders of the branches of the UAE armed forces officers. --more--Copyright Emirates News Agency (WAM) 2014.
