At 6.5 Million Bahraini Dinars

(Manama - 20-6-2015 - Manara Developments) - Bahrain's leading real estate development company "Manara" announced the handover of the majority of villas after the completion of all four phases of "Tubli Gardens", a major project within its portfolio.

Dr. Hasan Al Bastaki, Managing Director of "Manara" stated: "Tubli Gardens stands as a stepping stone for "Manara's" role into social housing, and a fruitful cooperation with the Government of the Kingdom of Bahrain - represented by the Ministry of Housing and Eskan Bank - to support Bahrain with social housing projects of high quality and cost-friendly housing".

Dr. Al Bastaki commented on the accomplishment of delivering practically all the villas of the fourth phase to their owners, noting that Tubli Gardens was a remarkable challenge to "Manara" stating that: "we have considered all relevant aspects and reflected our philosophy in this project by balancing cost upon completion on one hand, and elegant designs, spacious architecture, and sustainably accommodating for the needs of a modern Bahraini households, on the other hand.

Dr. Al Bastaki reiterated that the success achieved in "Tubli Gardens" is what led to the execution of "Wahat Al Muharraq" project which also gained a great deal of interest from Muharraq residents who preferred staying within the same province due to the family and social ties apparent within the residents of this island.

He added that "Tubli Gardens" was a result of the integrated efforts of a multi-disciplined team who adopted the ideas of attached and semi-attached villas designed to suit the requirements of all categories of prospective homeowners as it is situated in an inner-city suburb of the capital, far away from high traffic areas near the roads linking the central business district on one side and King Fahad Causeway from the other.

Dr. Al Bastaki also noted that "Tubli Gardens" project comes not only as a milestone for "Manara Developments", but also as an inspiration for a wide array of other development companies that aspired to reach the high standards set by "Manara" as is also seen to be an enriched partnership between the government and the private sector to contribute towards the progress of the Kingdom's social housing market by diversifying the market offerings within the framework set out by Ministry of Housing.

Manara had launched 77 villas throughout the four phases of the "Tubli Gardens" project, approximated at a cost of up to 6.5 million Bahraini Dinars and have maintained a consistent schedule of reporting to the villa owners on the progress of their properties. In addition, progress has been periodically reported through the press as a platform of transparency since the very start of the project of which built a confidence and trust in "Manara's" client base of prospective home owners and further successes in its subsequent projects.

Finally, Dr. Al Bastaki hinted that "Manara" is currently studying various future housing projects and is close to announcing its next project which will be a continuation of one of its current chain of development projects pointing that it would aim to meet the needs of the new generation of families and towards achieving social and economic sustainability currently adopted by modern housing strategies.
