MARC has withdrawn its ratings of MARC-1ID/AAID on DHTI Capital Sdn Bhd's (DHTI Capital) RM110.0 million Islamic Commercial Papers/Islamic Medium-Term Notes Facility (Senior Notes facility). The rating withdrawal follows the full redemption and cancellation of the outstanding RM5.0 million Senior Notes on May 29, 2015 as confirmed by the facility agent on July 7, 2015.
MARC has withdrawn its ratings of MARC-1ID/AAID on DHTI Capital Sdn Bhd's (DHTI Capital) RM110.0 million Islamic Commercial Papers/Islamic Medium-Term Notes Facility (Senior Notes facility). The rating withdrawal follows the full redemption and cancellation of the outstanding RM5.0 million Senior Notes on May 29, 2015 as confirmed by the facility agent on July 7, 2015.
MARC's analytical coverage on DHTI Capital is now limited to the RM10.0 million Junior IMTN facility which expires on May 30, 2016. The Junior Notes facility is rated A+ID with a negative outlook. MARC is currently undertaking its annual review on DHTI Capital to resolve the negative outlook. The outlook was premised on the company's tight liquidity position to meet repayment should the company make further drawdowns under the facility. As at end-June 2015, the outstanding notes under the facility was RM3.0 million.
