Prices in these golf villas range from AED4.2 million to AED12 million

Abu Dhabi: Chestertons, the international property agency established in 1805, stated that the demand for luxury golf villa properties in Abu Dhabi for both sales and rentals, have seen a consistent growth in demand throughout 2015. The company recently previewed two high-end properties namelyAl Raha Golf Gardens and Abu Dhabi Mangrove Suites aimed at the local Emiratis and high net worth expats. 

A four bedroom townhouse villa at Al Raha Golf Gardens starts from AED 4,275,000 and a six bedroom executive villa is priced at AED12 million. The rentals at the same property are in the range of AED 220K to AED 450K per year. Rentals at Abu Dhabi Mangrove Suites are from AED 175K - AED 320Kper year.
