Dubai:  Emirates NBD has renewed its mailroom management contract with Emirates Post Group (EPG) to manage the bank's mailroom requirements across 148 branches. The three-year contract was re-awarded to EPG after a pitch involving leading courier companies.

Chief Commercial Officer of EPG Mr. Ibrahim Bin Karam said: "Emirates Post Group is delighted with Emirates NBD's decision to re-award its mailroom contract to us after evaluating bids from our competitors. EPG has been handling Emirates NBD's complex mailroom requirements since 2000, and this renewal of contract is a strong endorsement of our expertise and our advanced technological solutions. It reflects the high confidence the bank has in our capabilities."

A dedicated EPG team, led by a supervisor, handles the multiple requirements of the bank, including delivery of documents and parcels to customers and within the bank's branches as well as inter-departmental mail. In addition, EPG also manages the bank's ad-hoc domestic deliveries, printing of customer statements and postal deliveries.

The mailroom management system was designed and tailored by Emirates Post Group to enable Emirates NBD to send and receive the bank's internal and external mail in quickest possible time.

EPG's mailroom solutions are backed by extensive expertise and a nationwide network, with a focus on enabling major companies to outsource their mailroom management requirements and thus devote their energies to their core business.
