Emaar Properties, Dubai-based developer, will be launching Mira Oasis townhouse project within the Reem master development, according to a statement on the company's website.

The project comprises 411 three to four-bedroom contemporary townhouses.

Sale of the townhouses will commence on 22 February simultaneously in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Jeddah and Islamabad, it added.

The project will have access to arterial roads on three sides, a mosque, primary school, retail centre, park and children's play area within a community.

No details were given on when construction will commence.

Since the beginning of this year, Emaar has already launched Lila, a Spanish-themed 219-villa community; Yasmeen, an Arabesque-style community with 98 villas and Rasha, 140 four- to six-bedroom villas, reflecting the architectural features of Spanish coastal villas as part of the extension of Arabian Ranches. The other two projects are the Boulevard Point, a 63-storey tower project in Downtown Dubai and the Vida Residence Downtown Dubai, comprising 320 units.

Jones Lang LaSalle, a global property consultancy, has ruled out any correction in Dubai's residential property market this year but expects the pace of price rise to slow down compared to 2013.
