Huge Interest from Graduates and Job Seekers Eager to Enlist in Specialised Management Training Programme for UAE Nationals
Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Wednesday 29th April: With more than 18,000 highly-skilled UAE national graduates and job seeking professionals eyeing a diverse spectrum of employment opportunities at this week's Careers UAE 2015 - the country's leading Emirati-only recruitment, training and education exhibition - Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) has received hundreds of enquiries for Lami3, its dedicated Management Training Programme for UAE nationals.
Conceived to further employment avenues for the UAE's brightest young minds by providing a challenging and rewarding environment to learn, lead and deliver cross-functional experience across all of DWTC's front-line operational and supporting areas, Lami3 is open to all UAE nationals with excellent educational acumen.
Offering a meticulously-developed curriculum that ensures all candidates undergo intensive hands-on training in operations management and leadership, the 36-48 month programme accepts fresh graduates with zero-to-three years' experience. Young professionals with more than three years' experience in professional employment can sign-up for a fast-track module.

Following a successful pilot phase held earlier this year, Obaidalla revealed the company is bringing forward plans to expand Lami3 in coming months following hundreds of applicants expressing an interest to enlist at Careers UAE.
"The response to Lami3 at Careers UAE 2015 has been overwhelming," added Mohamed Al Marzouqi, Senior Manager, HR, DWTC. "As part of our commitment to invest in the growth of UAE national employees across every line of our business, we are offering 30 fully-paid positions for highly-skilled Emiratis to learn a multitude of skills across multiple business units - with the long-term incentive of managerial positions at the end of the programme.

With all Lami3 candidates assigned an internal mentor to evaluate their progress and pass on knowledge and skills, the programme begins with a one-week 'Induction' to DWTC's multi-faceted business profile. The Senior Associates then rotate across all of the company's business units during a six-month 'Discovery' phase. The 'Exploration' phase assigns recruits to spend two, three-month stints with two specific business units, before a potentially career-shaping 12-month 'Immersion' in a specialised area of operations.
During the programme's final 12-24 months, Senior Associates are bestowed positions of responsibility within specific business units and lead small teams. After the successful completion of all relevant phases, Lami3 graduates qualify for managerial positions across the highly-diversified DWTC portfolio.
