Diyar Al Muharraq, one of the leading urban developers in the Kingdom of Bahrain, announced that the secondary stage of the infrastructural work for Sarat is well underway and nearing completion, in line with the project’s pre-forecasted date.

Diyar Al Muharraq stated that all deep services such as the foul sewer network have been completed, the 14 11kV electrical substations that were planned solely for the Sarat Residential Project have been constructed and handed over to the Electricity & Water Authority (EWA), with the electrical plant within the substations also installed; the shallow services such as the potable water network and the electrical network are currently being fitted as well. The entire road network for the site is also being constructed in accordance with the project’s master-plan.

Elaborating on the ongoing successful implementation of the infrastructural elements of the project, Chief Executive Officer of Diyar Al Muharraq, Dr. Maher Al Shaer said: “This is an enormously significant moment for Diyar Al Muharraq as it marks another monumental milestone for one of our flagship projects, with each accomplishment in our timeline representing our unwavering vision and a next step forward to achieving our master-plan.
