Dubai All but one of the companies listed on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) filed their 2011 annual results on time, the bourse announced yesterday.

“Forty-two out of the 43 UAE public joint stock companies, listed on DFM, successfully disclosed their annual results by the end of March 2012, with the exception of Amlak Finance due to procedural reasons,” DFM said yesterday in a statement.

DFM also announced that it had suspended trading of six listed companies that missed the deadline to provide full and audited financial statements. These are: International Financial Advisors, Almadina for Finance and Investment Company, United Kaipara Dairies, National Industries Group Holding, National Real Estate and Al Mazaya Holding.
