Abu Dhabi, 03 May 2015: UAE's Leading long-term care and rehabilitation provider Cambridge Medical and Rehabilitation Center announced today the appointment of Carl Stanifer as Chairman of the Board.

In his capacity, Mr. Stanifer will be a main driver of the company's continued success and future expansion plans within the UAE and across the GCC. He has a wealth of experience in operating healthcare facilities both locally and internationally and was a key driver of several high profile regional mergers and acquisitions. With a strong understanding of the operating environment in the Middle East and a distinguished career in the healthcare industry, Mr Stanifer joined as a Member of the Board of Directors last year, and has already made valuable contributions to Cambridge Medical & Rehabilitation Center in this capacity as well as the Chairman of the Company's Executive Committee.

Currently Mr. Stanifer serves as Senior Advisor to TVM Capital Healthcare Partners, Dubai, investor in the company and leading private equity firm focusing on investments in the regional healthcare and pharmaceutical sector, he also serves as Non‐Executive Chairman of Arabian International Healthcare Holding Co. ("Tibbiyah"), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Al Faisaliah Group in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Until recently Mr Stanifer was the Chief Executive Officer of Abu Dhabi Health Services Company ("SEHA") the holding company of the Abu Dhabi public sector healthcare providers.
