MUSCAT -- Effective Sales Management workshop focused at encouraging professionals to become aware of their own behavioural styles in the context of sales management addressing every stage of the entire sales cycle.
It comprised detailed analysis on behavioural styles and sales management skills which would support them in being successful sales managers, leading a performance framework comprising of diverse customers with diverse cultures, expectations, and attitudes in a high growth, high stress environment.
Participants were taken from a basic awareness and understanding of sales management and development to the required competencies, skills and behaviour and were guided in using the tools to understand the behaviour of those they manage.
This workshop helped the participants to develop stronger sales management, customer orientation, clearer communication, quicker decision-making, more constructive conflict resolution, understand how to gain committed customers, create an environment which fosters improved quality of selling, an environment where change is acceptable by people, effectiveness in sales interactions and team members, peers and customers, improved analysis and conclusions of people, markets, and customers across cultures.
