Manama, 1 March, 2015: BAC Facility Management (BAC FM), the facility management arm of Bahrain Airport Company (BAC), recently commended a number of employees for having successfully completed a series of training courses within their respective fields. The employees were presented with their certificates by BAC FM Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Udo Soicke, who also praised them for their dedication, work ethics and diligence. 

45 BAC FM employees were enrolled in comprehensive training courses related to their areas of specialization, including maintenance of scanning machines, technical English training, supply and installation of passenger boarding bridges and scaffold building training.

According to Mr. Soicke, "The success of BAC FM is dependents on its people and their expertise, as the facility management company responsible for BIA infrastructures maintenance, we are committed to continuously train and develop our staff in accordance with national & international standards, know-how and best practice, to ensure the highest level of standards  are being met".

We believe that it is our responsibility to develop the local talent and expertise in the facility management industry and we currently have over 65% of our Bahraini employees who are fully trained with vast experience in technical services", further commented Mr. Anwar Al Shaikh the HR Director.   

BAC FM is the technical arm of BAC and provides total maintenance solutions for Bahrain International Airport (BIA).
