To recycle and reduce waste for a better environment
Kuwait, 21 February 2012: Al Massaleh Real Estate, one of the region's leading real estate developers, has signed an agreement with Istidamah Holding, which specializes in efficient, market-leading waste management and recycling solutions.
The Chairman and Managing Director of Al Massaleh Real Estate, Mr. Najeeb Al Saleh, said: "We are very pleased to sign this agreement with Istidamah Holding. Messaleh Real Estate is committed to managing its business in a responsible fashion, which includes considering the impact on the environment of all our operations. This agreement means that we will now be able to ensure that paper waste at our headquarters at Universal Towers will in future be recycled properly and reused, rather than dumped or burned.
"We know that the consumption of paper has increased significantly worldwide, which in turn has led to increased paper production and to a reduction in green areas and the exhaustion of forests. As a company, we are committed to recycling where possible, and we hope that more people will become aware of the importance of recycling paper and other materials and the role recycled materials can play in building a healthier and better environment."
