Agthia appoints Salem Al Daheri on board of directors

Agthia Group, the Abu Dhabi-based food and beverage manufacturer, announced on Wednesday that it has appointed Salem Obaid Al Daheri as a new member of its board of directors.

Abu Dhabi: Agthia Group, the Abu Dhabi-based food and beverage manufacturer, announced on Wednesday that it has appointed Salem Obaid Al Daheri as a new member of its board of directors.

The appointment came at the company’s board meeting, which was held on June 30, during which Agthia also approved the resignation of Ilias Assimakopoulos, one of the members of the board of directors.

Agthia’s share prices reached Dh7.33 on Wednesday on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX).
