Attracting international and Pakistani expatriates to invest in the real estate sector, Pakistan Property Exhibition will convene developers, real estate advisers, private and institutional dealers from the Middle East, Europe and Asia Pacific regions under one roof.

The value of Pakistan real estate market is estimated to be in the range of US$200 billion and US$400 billion, with overseas Pakistanis investing approximately nearly US$3 billion -- or 15 to 20 per cent of the last fiscal year's total remittances -- into the real estate market. Pakistan received US$16 billion in remittances during the last financial year.

Qamar Chaudhary, Associate Partner and  Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Mass Com Solutions,  said: ''Pakistan Property Exhibition will particularly spotlight the opportunities in the bourgeoning real estate markets across Pakistan through providing investors and visitors an ideal platform to meet with leading real estate companies, open up new business opportunities, and facilitate potential deals.''

The UAE has a diverse mix of nationalities that make up 86 per cent of the country's 9.5 million population and is home for around 1.2 million Pakistanis. As the capital of the UAE that has a strong presence of high net worth Pakistan population, Abu Dhabi will leverage local and expatriate interest in the Pakistan property market through showcasing a wide selection of properties and investment opportunities at different price ranges.

IREIS 2015 will feature an intensive day of one-to-one meetings and informal networking, designed to showcase new international property opportunities and generate business relationships between foreign property suppliers and sellers. By matching developers and master agents with a hand-picked selection of top-performing agents and brokers, the day will generate substantial business for all participants. The event will serve as a fast and efficient threshold into new markets for international delegates who will be exploring the latest trends in real estate investment.

IREIS 2015 will host a number of associated initiatives including an international conference, project presentations, business networking meetings and investor exchanges to help regional and international investors gain a broad perspective on new market realities. The 3-day exhibition will facilitate reliable information for investors through business networking opportunities with top executives, regional and international investors, developers, and investment promotion specialists.
