KUWAIT CITY: Action Real Estate Co (AREC), a successful Kuwaiti real estate developer, signed a 2500 Sqm showroom contract with Alghanim Electronics Showroom, one of the biggest tenants in SAHARI Mall located in the most important shopping address in Jahra -- Marzouk Al-Meteb Street. SAHARI Mall, AREC's latest commercial projects estimated at KD 16,000,000 started construction in February 2008 targeting a hand over date by 2nd quarter of 2009. The development is located on the main street of Jahra, in Wara area, visible and well exposed to major road axes. The project is built on a plot of land of 5,000 Sqm with a built-up area of 8000 Sqm to hold up to 155 shopping stores and is the first innovative and prestigious mall development in Jahra.

The Mezzanine and Ground Floor of the mall are reserved for designer retail outlets. The basement is divided in two distinctive zones, one allocated for entertainment and amusement games for kids and teenagers. The second zone is planned for an F&B area with a common shared food court. The mall's exterior is characterized by its distinct blue glass and white and beige paint, modern arabesque pillars forming the body and the alleys around the mall supporting the wavy roof design and cone shape dome; giving the impression of a tent in the desert with a blend of modern look with a touch of tradition; a symbol matching the attributed name. The ample exterior design and vast indoor basement parking space are new advantages SAHARI Mall is adding to the area.
