Abu Dhabi - Abu Dhabi National Hotels (ADNH) announces two senior appointments within its management team.
Raffi Torikian joins Abu Dhabi National Hotels (ADNH) as the Senior Manager - Hotel Operations. Raffi brings in 15 years of progressive hospitality experience with regional and international hotel companies, having gained an in-depth understanding of hotel operations while developing an overall corporate approach. He previously worked with the InterContinental Hotels Group in Lebanon and UAE as well as Rotana Hotel Management Corporation in Abu Dhabi. An experienced strategist and a determined target achiever, Raffi's main goal is be to contribute to consolidating and expanding the ADNH's hotel network locally and regionally, while streamlining operational processes and increasing profitability.
Mihaela Tayar has been appointed to the position of Manager Marketing Communicationsat Abu Dhabi National Hotels. Mihaela brings in a wealth of experience spanning 15 years spent in the hospitality region in the GCC countries. Having worked for reputable hotel chains in Kuwait and Qatar, Mihaela enjoyed exposure to some of the world's finest hospitality brands while developing specific expertise related to ADNH's business model during her previous assignment with Katara Hospitality. In her new role with ADNH, she will be responsible for setting up, developing and managing implementation of strategically targeted communications programmes aimed at strengthening the group's relationship with its stakeholders, as well as developing the existing media relations.
On the occasion, Hareb Al Muhairy, Managing Director and Board Member of ADNH, stated: "As the group is steered today towards new challenges, I would like to welcome Raffi and Mihaela to our team of seasoned hospitality professionals.
