As part of its vision to boost Saudization amongst the bank’s top management, Saudi Hollandi Bank (SHB) announced the appointment of Abdullah Aloraini as the Bank’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Aloraini, who has a master degree in Management Sciences from University of Waterloo in Canada, has been selected for this position due to his high skills and extensive experience in the Saudi banking industry. He has a vast work experience in various leadership positions in the industry, from financial management and control to investor relations as well as capital and asset liability management.
“We are proud to have Abdullah as a new member of our management team. He brings with him extensive experience and wealth of knowledge in banking and specifically in the fields of strategic financial management and financial performance and control,” says Dr. Bernd Van Linder, Managing director.
Dr. Bernd adds that appointing Aloraini in this key position is part of the bank’s strategy to attract young Saudi talents in leadership positions in the bank, and investing in the human capital in this sector.
