Dubai - Aligned with its mandate to develop local and regional talent, the Dubai Design and Fashion Council (DDFC) has formed a strategic partnership with Chalhoub Group, the leading partner for luxury across the Middle East. As part of the collaboration, the Chalhoub Group will offer its expertise to designers in a wide array of topics that will equip them with the necessary business acumen to become competitive on both a national and global scale.
