Kärcher participates in Project Lebanon as real estate market strengthens

Beirut - Lebanon is set for an industrial growth in 2017, with a focus on the construction and real estate sectors. The economy is supporting a number of commercial and residential developments in the capital and other strategic locations, within the country.

The 22nd edition of Project Lebanon, the premier construction exhibition for building material and equipment, held from 16-19 May 2017, at the Beirut International Exhibition and Leisure Centre, provided investors and companies an insight into Lebanon’s construction industry.

Kärcher, the world leader in innovative cleaning technology solutions, participated in Project Lebanon and showcased its top-notch products and services.

Mr. Mazen Abou Chakra, Export Sales Director, Kärcher Middle East FZE, said: “We are optimistic about Lebanon’s economic growth, as it is strategically located for extensive trade and re-exports in the region and globally. Our presence in Lebanon is part of our Middle East strategy. Having existed in this region for more than 20 years, we want to ensure our products, solutions, innovation, and quality has touched everyone.”

Kärcher received an overwhelming response at Project Lebanon and was very happy with its participation in this key industry event.

Lebanon is an important trade and re-export market not only because of the country’s geographic location, but also because of its diaspora spread across the globe. Non-resident Lebanese, contribute to the country’s economic development by driving investments into the country. Doing business in Lebanon is a gateway to other markets within the MENA region as well.

Real estate sector requires high-intensity cleaning jobs at and around construction sites and Kärcher has quality products for the industry.

Mr Gebran E. Safi, Owner, Mecanix Shops SARL, Kärcher Professional dealer in Lebanon, said: “Construction companies are always on the look out for top products, be it in a market that’s rebuilding or an already established market. In a new or a rebuilding phase of a market, the companies need long lasting products with a proven track record, for their investment to be secure.

“In an already established market, the companies are always looking for ways to extend their existing assets like cleaning equipment, through experienced annual maintenance contracts. We have a variety of machines that suit every phase of the construction cycle.”

Kärcher’s products are of top quality with a proven track record of sound investment for any construction company.

The hot-water high-pressure, and ultra-high pressure machines from Kärcher’s HD, HDS, and UHP ranges, effectively clean the toughest construction material dirt and stains including residual oil and grease, corrosion and concrete deposits. The machines from these ranges are also suitable for ready mix vehicles, backhoes, bulldozers, facades, and drain lines.

Many of Kärcher’s products were on display at the exhibition, with experts on hand demonstrating the features of each machine.

Project Lebanon also featured a B2B matchmaking platform, an innovative or start-up pavilion, and live demonstrations.
