The executive promotion is part of developer’s consolidation of its UAE operations and aligning its sales strategy with three new project launches. Samana Developers’ new projects are currently under necessary approvals from the relevant authorities.

Imran Farooq, CEO of Samana Developers, while congratulating Dalya Lebbihi, said: “Thanks to Dubai’s proactive moves that have spurred demand for real estate. These moves include the introduction of the 10-year resident visa, 100% foreign business ownership and remote work visas, in addition to the swift rollout of vaccination campaigns to make the emirate a safe place for investors and residents.”

“Dalya played an instrumental role in recent boost in sales with her successful strategy. Since her joining Samana Developers, sales increased to phenomenal 100% and we achieved the highest rank in sales awarded by the Property Monitor’s Index in March 2021 – four months ago. I believe it is a well-deserved promotion.” - Imran concluded.

Dalya, an Algerian expatriate raised in Dubai, has a wealth of experience of working with Dubai’s top real estate developers. Dalya is a versatile, result-oriented real estate sales professional with extensive experience in corporate real estate - including industrial, multi-family, retail property asset and portfolio management.

The record highest sales revenues from March 2020 until March 2021 and positive outlook for 2021, Samana Developers increased the headcount by 55% for 2021 to double up the sales revenue to fund new projects. Company has plans to launch three new residential projects in the investor hot-spots of Dubai.

Samana Developers completely sold out its Dhs185 million “Greens” and “Hills” projects in 2020. Company managed to fast-track the construction by introducing drastic changes in the way construction is done for its 327 units at two projects. Samana’s new construction management strategy helped complete the construction ahead of time.

Dalya Lebbihi, General Manager of Sales & Operations at Samana Developers, said: “I am honoured to work with a developer which is innovative and customer-centric. This strategy helps us even in the toughest times of Covid-19, and at a time when people are looking for healthy and affordable residences which Samana builds.”

Earlier in February 2021, Samana Developers started handovers at its Dh75 million Samana Greens project, a residential project located in Arjan near Dubai Miracle Garden. The handover ceremony was chaired by Marwan Bin Ghalita, CEO of Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA). The G+4 Samana Greens sits on a built-up of 119,580 square feet and features 122 units along with six retail spaces at the ground level.

Samana Developers’ studio apartment prices start from Dhs399,000 and one-bedroom unit from Dhs599,000. The studio, one and two-bedroom apartments come with various payment options making projects attractive to both end-users and investors.
