ALMATY- Nurlan Nogayev has kept his job as Kazakhstan's energy minister, a presidential decree published on Monday showed.

The post involves negotiating with OPEC and non-OPEC oil-producing partners.

President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev reappointed the majority of ministers from the cabinet which resigned after the Jan. 10 parliamentary election, with the notable exception of economy minister Ruslan Dalenov, who was replaced by Aset Irgaliyev.
