AMMAN - President of the Jordan National Red Crescent Society Mohammad Hadid on Monday handed over a cheque of $500,000 to Director General of the King Hussein Cancer Centre Nisreen Qatamish.
The donation came from a philanthropist through the Qatar Red Crescent Society and will be allocated to treat underprivileged cancer patients, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
