DUBAI, U.A.E., The Emirates Group has partnered with the Protocol School of Washington to offer UAE Nationals occupying externally-facing roles a bespoke etiquette course designed to enhance their public relations skills and communication efficiency.
The course, which was administered over a period of three days at the JW Marriott Marquis in Dubai last week, introduced the students to different techniques on how to best represent themselves and the company as highly-credentialed officials in a global environment. The interactive sessions included courses on cross-cultural communication and business-professional protocol including how to build professional credibility and personal image; they covered everything from greeting protocols to presentation skills and dining etiquette.
