Abu Dhabi : Abu Dhabi Finance (ADF) today announced a landmark partnership with Aldar Properties PJSC (Aldar), to offer Aldar customers exclusive finance rates starting from 2.99% for new and existing customers at The Bridges, Yas Acres, Mamsha, and Jawahar developments in Abu Dhabi. Customers can also benefit from a 10-day processing time, with no applicable fees, as part of the exclusive offer.

The aim of the collaboration between ADF and Aldar is to provide a market-beating offer that ensures that owning property in the UAE’S capital is as accessible as possible. The offer applies to new and existing Aldar customers who are looking to purchase, or have purchased homes and are in the process of making final settlements in the ready-to-move-into communities of Jawaher and Mamsha on Saadiyat Island, as well as the soon-to-be-available Yas Acres on Yas Island and The Bridges on Reem Island.
