A number of studies have recorded the prevalence of various mental health problems faced by HCWs and several factors can be contributes to these mental health burden among people working in the health sector . We have to give more attention for the Early assessment of HCWs’ mental health and identifying the underlying causes of emotional pain, , as it is useful and necessary to accelerate creation of distress mitigating interventions and creating resilience in the health care industry, either during or in the absence of a crisis, is a responsibility shared between HCWs and their organizations.” Added Dr. Badreyya Al Harmi.
