Voting began Thursday in Pakistan's national and provincial elections at 90,000 polling stations across the country, AFP correspondents saw, with some 128 million people eligible to cast their ballot.
Voters began entering polling stations at 08:00 am (0300 GMT) in an election that sees the country's most popular politician in jail, excluded from the ballot, and a military-backed candidate favoured to win.
