Manama, Bahrain: Leading telecom provider VIVA Bahrain announced a unique  service "Handset Replacement" policy for all handsets sold through its outlets, where customers will be able to return and exchange faulty handsets within 7 days of purchase.

The services, applicable to all mobile phones purchased at any of VIVA's outlets, will entitle customers to a one year warranty on their handsets as well as a replacement handset if the original was found to be faulty within 7 days of purchase. A replacement will be issued if the handset had no display, faulty button or wire and wireless functions, or had microphone problems. All classified under the "Handset Replacement Policy" by the Vendor Company.

To take advantage of the "Handset Replacement" service, customers will be directed to specified service centres, a list of which is available with VIVA sales agents.
